You’ll be within walking distance to Church of St Donat, Zadar City Gate, world famous Sea Organ, unique light installation “Greeting to the Sun”, Museum of Ancient Glass, The Forum, and many other things but something that I highly recommend is Belltower of St Anastasia’s Cathedral which gives you the best views of Zadar and islands, it’s a must! 
There are plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutique stores, music venues, and everything else you can possibly imagine close by.
